How it works?
Step 1: Book a free discovery call
When you book the call you’ll be asked to fill in a short questionnaire which gives me some information about the types of services I may be able to offer you.
Step 2: The Discovery Call
This is where I’ll find out more about your business and what you want to achieve by working with me, and you can find out more about me & how I work. If I don’t believe I’m right for you then I’ll tell you - I want you to get the best support for your business and won’t take your money unless I can give you tons of value back!
Step 3: Proposal
After the call I’ll send you a detailed bespoke proposal based on what we discussed. This may include some different options, or levels, of service. My services and fees are all tailored to your business and specific needs. This ensures you’re getting the right service for you at great value. You’ll also receive a copy of my terms of business. Take your time to look the proposal over, understand what’s included and come back to me with any questions before making a decision.
Step 4: Accept
Once you’re happy to proceed then you accept my proposal and we’ll get to work straightaway.

I’m already working with a bookkeeper/ accountant, how do I switch over?
I can help you along the way with this (you will have to tell them though!). Together we’ll make the process as smooth and stress free as possible.
I’m currently using a different cloud-based accounting software, do I have to use Xero to work with you?
Yes. We are a Xero-only practice. Focusing on one software solution means I know it inside out and so can maximise the opportunities & efficiences that Xero offers and deliver an enhanced service to all my clients.
Can you help me move over to Xero?
Absolutely! I have trained with Xero to be able to do this and am a Xero Migration Specialist.
What do you mean when you say ‘tax returns are handled by your trusted partners?
For doing the final tax return we need a certified accountant and so I work with a number of trusted partners to do this on our behalf. I select the right partner for your type of business, and any fees involved are included in your original proposal.
